Business profile: Typhoon Roaster, a leading company based in the Czech Republic, dominates the European market with its innovative coffee roasting equipment. With over 1200 companies as our valued customers, collectively roasting a minimum of 100,000kg of coffee daily, our impact is substantial. Expanding our operations, we inaugurated a state-of-the-art production center in Istanbul over two years ago. As our workforce continues to expand, we are seeking a qualified individual to join our HR department.

HR department structure: Our HR department consists of 4 departments:

• Recruitment and Adaptation Department,

• Corporate Culture Department,

• department of training and skills development,

• Department of quality control of employees' work.

Initially HR specialist will manage all these departments.

What is to be done:

• Managing human resources processes (the full end-to-end recruitment cycle, performance, talent management, succession planning, career management, training and development, etc.) for business units,

• Training and development of employees,

• Monitoring employee performance,

• Implementation of corporate culture,

• Proficient in crafting effective job advertisements for employee recruitment.

• Introduction of new tools and systems to improve the atmosphere and motivation of employees.

• Preparing reports on employee performance

• Ensuring HR compliance and governance in all areas of responsibility including maintenance of employment records and documentation,

• Identify the business needs and align business strategies with HR strategies,

• Driving various communications such as welcome announcements, promotions and organization announcements.

You are suitable for us if:

• Experience: 5 years or more,

• University degree preferably from Business Administration, Industrial or Management Engineering department from reputable universities,

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, at B2 level or above.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes,

• Comprehensive knowledge of Turkish labour laws and regulations, encompassing wage/salary administration, benefits management, union matters, and related areas

• Ability to resolve conflict situations, commit to work in office (no remote role available),

• Experience of managing process development to successful conclusion within tight deadlines.
