Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (Logistics management, business administration or related field is preferred)
• Min. 6 years experince on warehouse management
• Fluent English in speaking and writing
• General process understanding in the value chain
• Deep understanding of processes (not mandatorily Webasto) in the related functional area (e.g. SCM, Warehouse management, Production, Sales Order Management, …)
• SAP experience (or other integrated ERP systems) combined with a certain affinity to IT systems.
• Interest in working in an international team
• Motivation to participate in continuous improvement activities
• Participation as a key user in an SAP S/4 rollout project
• Experience in leading teams
• Improved problem solving skills, result-oriented
• Ability to make critical decisions
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks using initiative

Job Description:

• Performs and improves internal logistic activities associated with all physical material movements and information flow within the warehouse or dispatch process. 
• Responsible for the work results of its related team of Material Handlers, directs them and offers first-response problem solution.
  
• Managing all activities of dispatch and shipping or warehouse
• Appropriate distribution of tasks among the available workforce of Material Handlers based on the production plan
• Identification and implementation of improvements and procedure updates related to the warehouse and dispatch processes
• Issuing monthly reports and all information related to shipping issues
• Complaint process – label, packaging, transport
• Operational control of the allocation of storage space
• Information of team about daily targets, any current issues and quality alerts
