This role is critical in driving key customer sales and enhancing customer satisfaction within the designated area. The Sales Engineer will have the exciting opportunity to manage regional sales activities, maximize sales potential, and build strong customer relationships, contributing significantly to the growth and success of Weir Minerals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Growth: Increase sales of OE in the region by maximizing sales opportunities and volumes for the complete Weir Minerals Equipment product portfolio.
• Customer Engagement: Visit customer sites regularly to understand and meet customer needs, building strong relationships.
• Sales Operations: Manage country operations safely according to company procedures, process tenders, and ensure accurate reporting in the CRM program.
• Product Expertise: Assist in equipment selection, participate in product trials, and support commissioning
• activities on-site.
• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mining, Mineral Processing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the mining sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
