QUALIFICATIONS

Werner Sobec AG Germany Headquarter Turkiye Branch Office is looking for a Senior Electrical Design Manager to join our Engineering Group in Istanbul on a variety of prestigious projects in Turkiye and worldwide.

Successful candidate shall have following skills to join our dynamic, highly motivated, and progressively developing team.

·         Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, (Master is preferrable)

·         Minimum of 10 years postgraduate experience in building engineering design,

·         Experience in electrical design across a range of medium to large scale projects and/or building types for nation and worldwide projects.

·         Familiar with Building Information Modelling (BIM),

·         Good inter-discipline coordination skills,

·         Analytical and problem-solving skills,

·         Excellent planning and organization skills,

·         Excellent communication skills, (both written and verbal)

·         Fluency in English is a must. German is preferrable.

·         Experience with European and Russian electrical design codes and projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Managing design and delivery of electrical engineering solutions on major and/or complex projects,

·         Working closely with other design engineers, architects, and members of the project management group,

·         Preparing and coordinating work with engineers of other disciplines and project managers,

·         Attending meetings and communicating with clients to establish their needs.

·         Provide quality control for Electrical Engineering projects across all offices.

·         Management of both project teams and cross-functional teams within the organizational structure.

·         Lead change in new systems and technologies.

·         Mentor and develop less experienced Engineers,

·         Support site management team in review and evaluation of electrical technical, tender construction site documentation and Interim Payment Certificates.

·         Shall visit site if required one day or a couple of days basis for resolution of technical issues
