As Yorglass, we are looking for a teammate to work as aPlanning Supervisor  in the Business Directorate located in Manisa Campus.

What are the Required Qualifications?

• If you are a graduate of a university, preferably from engineering departments departments,
  
• If you have 3 years or more experience in a supervisor position,
• If you are prone to team work and responsible,
• If you are a person with strong communication skills and high self-motivation,
• If you can use MS Office programs at a good level,
• If you say you have knowledge about SAP,
• If you can make a difference with your innovation ability,
• If you can easily adapt to a dynamic and agile working environment,
• If you think you can travel comfortably and enjoy these journeys,
• If you have a good level of English language skills,
• If you can drive actively,
• If you say you can live in Manisa & İzmir location, this job is just for you!

What awaits you in this role?

• Following production KPIs,
• Planning and commissioning improvement activities in line with KPI results,
• Ensuring the management and management of blue collar personnel,
• Ensuring and monitoring the implementation of autonomous maintenance plans in coordination with maintenance and planning departments,
• Evaluating and improving internal/external customer complaints in coordination with the Quality Department,
• Taking an active role in new product launches
